Our names are Peter and Katrine. We have created this place for those of you who want to experience magical northern Sweden in a calmer, more personal and genuine way.

We believe in small-scale, presence and thoughtfulness in the details. That's why we want your stay with us to feel simple, warm and well thought out. From the food we cook to the experiences we take you on, and how the days are shaped by the weather and nature. For us, this is not just about accommodation or activities. It's about creating an experience that feels personal, authentic and close.

Who are we?
We are Katrine and Peter. We live on an island just outside Piteå. We have always been busy with different businesses and jobs, but Magic North is our way of showing off the beautiful place we call home together.
Katrine
I’m the extroverted, creative visionary, who, after 25 years behind a screen in the office, longs to work outside with wonderful people! Sitting still is not my strong suite, and I always have a project (or 5) in the works. I love northern Sweden and the lifestyle here, and can’t wait to share our little corner of the world with you!
Peter
I’m the multi tasker who after years in the building industry changed gears, to instead work within hospitality. Boats and snowmobiling are some of my biggest interests, so getting to work with that on a daily basis suits me very well.
I like fixing and building things, and being out in nature is still something i love, even after years of working outside.
