Full-day tour: Discover the Piteå archipelago

Leave Piteå for the day and head out to explore the waters and islands of its archipelago.

The tour departs from Västra Kajen or Pite Havsbad. We begin with a safety briefing and go through the day's agenda. Then we set off and drive through the archipelago towards the outer islands. Our main destination for the day is Stenskär, at the far end of the Piteå archipelago. Along the way, our local guides tell us about the nature, the legends and the people who have lived and worked on the islands.

During the day we make several stops on the islands, and you have the opportunity to step ashore and experience the character of the archipelago up close, with everything from rocky beaches and forests to quiet bays and expansive views. Lunch, coffee and drinks are served during the day.

In the afternoon we return to the mainland, and the tour ends where it began.
